Nice Hotel but Lazy, Unhelpful Food and Beverage Staff
Nice, clean new hotel with a good location and nice rooftop bar and pool. Hotel would be a gem except the food and beverage staff are completely lazy and unhelpful. Stayed for three nights and this was consistent for rooftop bar and lobby food services. At the rooftop bar 2 people on staff and there were a total of four customers including us two. The lady working never looked up from her phone nor moved for the entire hour we were there. All of the tables had dirty drinks left from other customers that they did not clear ever, in fact, customers were bringing others dirty glasses to the bar so they could have a table. No table service at all, you have to go to bar to get drinks. Lazy, unprofessional staff needs to be addressed. We also booked this hotel because they had a coffee house / cafe in the lobby and we don't like buffet hotel breakfasts. Shockingly the cafe that serves coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and egg, bacon, toast plates does not open until 10:00am!! This is ridiculous!
