Lovely Place

The Surestay by Best Western was the perfect start for me and my friend travels in Thailand.
On arrival the receptionist was friendly and very helpful, even giving us an upgrade. The service from the staff was constantly polite throughout our stay here.
Location was good, with 2 BTS skytrains in walking distance and easy enough to get a Grab if you walk to the top of the street to the Ploenchit Centre.
The rooftop pool was a particular highlight, although the building is not as high as some of the other big name hotels around it still has a great view of the city.
The whole place is exceptionally clean and a very comfortable bed in our room. The staff made us feel very welcome and were always on hand to help.

beyond expectations
