Great location poorly managed

It has great location but maintenance is not upto the mark 1. Booked deluxe room but when reached hotel they said all booked. However they gave upgraded room which was not comfortable, hence got it changed again. 2. Room has curtain which were damaged because if wear and tear. Should have been replaced. 3. Most of staff members doesn’t understand proper english. Had lot of difficulty in getting toasted bread in room.
Food was good and excellent location by the beach. Breakfast you get fresh juices , ehich you can make yourself. However the hotel does not live upto the rating , I rate it 6/10

It is a good hotel
