Very bad

At first, we got our room in 4th floor. Once we get into the room, it is so smelly and we saw three cockroaches in the room then we make a call to reception. They changed us to 2nd floor room. We still can find one coackroach there. Due to late check in, we just let it be as we only stay one night.

It's a real 'trade off'
The price is cheap, but the room is dirty. The location is good, but the service is fair. There were too many insects in my room, I killed one cockroach per night.

This hotel is full of cockroaches
I checked in the hotel and went out. After I came back the lights were off (as expected ) but as soon as I turned on the light I saw a cockroach on my bed. Then I went to the toilet there were few tin... อ่านต่อ

Hotel location is very good. Clean rooms and they had clean our room every day. Receptionist in the night was not friendly and she is rude. Even she didn't smile with us or don't look at us when talk... อ่านต่อ

Great experience! Worth the price. Good location specially if you're into shopping.
Rooms have dim lights. Plus lots of tiny cockroach. Improve the breakfast next time.

We have found bed bugs on the bed. Staff are not friendly at all. I left room after a day.
