Me and my wife stayed here from 21st -29th November 2019. Location of the hotel was very close to the markets, its like 5 minutes walk to pratunam market and 10 minutes to platinuim mall and 15 minutes to central world and big c. Great velue for money. I have read other comments saying that the rooms werent cleaned everyday but during our stay the rooms were cleaned everyday. Even changed towels and provided soap bars. The place was very good for its velue. We only was there to sleep and to take shower in the afternoon. For the first four days we were woken up by the loud noise of our neighbours at 6 in the morning and was difficult sleep even at 12 midnight. The staffs at the reception warent that friendly, seems like they have no experience in customer service, they dont greet with smile and was bit rude. But the security guys out side the hotel smiled and talked to us and even helped to load our bags to taxi. The breakfast they is very limited, me and my wife both are not used to eat rice or speghetti during breakfast. The only option for us was bread and strawberry jam everyday for 7 days we stayed and watermelon and pineapple.
