Mediocre, but would consider returning.

I didn't expect a lot for the price, but was a bit disappointed by the welcome I received by the lady. I don't think she was the owner, but staff (which I found out later). Room is quite spacious and very clean and well managed. Just because it's basic doesn't mean it cannot be clean and this place is proof of that. Big bed, sitting area inside, basic coffee/tea and cups, wardrobe. The bathroom was a bit disappointing, but no big issues. If I could recommend improvement, it'd be the check-in area. I understand it's a small place, but it's just too messy and all over the place with laundry on the side, etc. The place has potential to be managed better imho. Having said that, I would consider returning simply because the room was enough, clean and big and location is central.
