Please change the floor tiles

Overall, the stay was okay. The breakfast was not bad, with some slight changes in the menu on some days, especially during peak period.
The only thing that we were quite upset about was the “sweating” floor tiles. Both of us can’t sleep in air-conditioned room, so we had the room temperature set to the highest and woke up to a wet floor the next morning. We were told later that the room temperature cannot go above 23-25 degree and the window cannot be opened. It was quite dangerous because the floor was quite slippery. (Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to use the toilet!) They also didn’t allow us to switch room because the room type that we bought was fully booked and we had to pay more if we wanted to upgrade...

Great Hotel in Patong
Nice and cool place to stay for few days, extra room, clean, brekfast was very good, rooftop pool was perfect and nice view, staff friendly and very helpfull at reception desk, my stay was great.

Location
It is in a good location in Patong. Everything was good. I just wish the breakfast could have a wider spread.
