Modern hotel but reception lobby is tiny

Good: -Room design is modern, many other hotels in Hatyai have room designs dated in the 80s. -Has the necessary stuff like USB wall socket, power sockets, water heater, safe. -Location conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle at Lee Garden area, but near enough to walk (approximately 2 minutes walk.)
Cons: -Reception lobby is tiny, can only fit 3 person. If another group checks in or out together, probably got no space to stand. -Room has ants, not what I expected even for 3 star hotel standards. -Could hear other guests walking up and down the hallway, door not soundproofed.
In short, a decent hotel with its flaws but generally ok. Can find better hotels at this price point.

Sleep quality is not good
