Villa/VIP rooms seriously missnamed

We did not stay there. We took a look at the rooms, went to a nearby restaurant for a meal, and decided to find another hotel, even though we had paid this one months ago.
Floor was partially rotted through (saw at least 2-3 holes 3-4cm wide and about 10cm long in the few minutes we were inside, and the whole floor buckled and felt unstable to walk on), the bathroom had a minor swarm of mosquitos. We were offered to change to simpler rooms the next day, but we were not intrested in staying in the villas for even one night.
