Definitely not a luxury stay.
Cons:
1. Room was dirty. There was large amounts of dust along the window sills and the room smelled of sewage. After complaining to reception, they sent a cleaner who just sprayed some air freshener around.
2. Multiple pieces of furniture/fittings broken or damaged Inc bedside lamps, shower, door and lock to outer gate and poolside lights.
3. Beach was awful, full of washed up rubbish and very rocky.
4. Villas are a 15 minute drive from town but the road is treacherous so you have to get a taxi which costs 400 bhat each way, therefore if you are staying a week and want to go back and forth twice daily then it'll set you back an extra £280. Courtesy bus not reliable and goes at inconvenient times.
5. There was a "sunken stone bath" in the individual villas advertised on the website but didn't actually exist.
Pros:
1. Guess you could say it was quiet
Overall not recommended! We left after 3 nights (booked 7), what a waste of money!
