Relaxing holiday
We flew by Bangkok air and arrive around 9pm in the evening. A week before my flight I arranged for airport pick up and was told its free of charge. Upon arrival on that day, I waited for close to an hour but no one was there to pick us up. Luckily I bought 3G SIM card and quickly contacted the hotel. First person who picked up my call said that there is no free airport service, ask me to call back 5mins later. Second call I was asked to take my own taxi which will cost 300THB ( it's not about the money, it's about the promise they agree with customer). In the end they managed to arrange a pick up with no charges at all.
Breakfast: be prepared to get the same food everyday. No rice, no noodles, just bread, ham, salad and some fruits.
Location: good 20mins walk to chaweng Main Street and the road gets very dark at night cause without street lamp. Rent a bike from shops out there at only 150THB ( hotel charge 250). I personally like the location as it's far away from the noisy street and party places. It's peaceful. But tend to get alittle errie at night.
Pool: getting alil rusty n old, need maintainence.
