By far the worst hotel in Patong Beach

Been visiting Patong Beach for over 15 years staying in dozens of hotels and this is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. How the older lady at the front desk manages to keep her job is amazing, I can only presume she is family of the owner. On check out I witnessed 2 other guests checking in who were being verbally abused, absolutely shocking ! The rooms are in a very bad condition, the aircon does not work in the room and is set so you cannot adjust the temperature. No water pressure in the shower. They charge you for an extra pillow or towel. The Burmese immigrant cleaners are constantly shouting and banging doors outside your room from 7am, making it impossible to sleep in the morning. I highly recommend to anyone NOT to stay in this hotel and consider one of the many other cheaper places in the area with better service.

Dont Stay There

Nice place, just a bit under maintained
Stayed there for 2 night, room abit dusty, staff barely speak english , overalls its was great
