On arrival at The Natural Resort we were greeted (or shall I say not greeted at all) by rude and ignorant staff. When we finally made it to our room (about a 5 minute walk from the reception area following very poor directions from the staff) we found a very spacious, clean, double room with balcony and working air conditioning. Before long we found that the shower pressure was very poor. Whilst there are basic amenities such as kettle and cups, apparently no tea or coffee are included in the room rate. Probably the most horrifying part of our stay here was when at 1am a member of the security staff let themselves into our room (without knocking) while we were sleeping and proceeded to remove our key from the slot and run away with it! We complained the following day to no avail as the rude receptionist did not seem to understand our story and kept asking us if we had lost our key. Despite this sorry tale we did enjoy the pool and ping pong facilities.
