Problem with guest

Bump into a russian neighbour who always get drunk and disturb all other guests in the swimming pool. Housekeeping knock all the room every morning and refuse to comeback at anytime when guest call. Housekeeping suppose to be ready at any time on guest request.

Terrible, too noisy, no management on site

Getting better
I was here in 2015. Back then it was very poor in services and room. The wifi was only in lobby. After 2 years, it getting better and got wifi in room.
