reasonable price hotel

a standard room condition was moderate. wasn't that clean but able to stay. what i was impressed is a family room. there are 2 bedrooms(queen sized bed), 2 bathrooms and one lobby. the condition was great. it's worth the price i pay.
the hotel is located in the walking street but most of attraction there are pubs and shows (that kind of shows) anyway, it is easy to access and many restaurants around.

I would have given the place a five star but

Great location, great room, staff could be nicer.

The elevators need to have cool air not just hot air blowing. The room smells liked a cigarette butts.

Convenient location if you want to be very near Walking Street but service of reception is below par
