Very nice hotel, good staff. Any minor issues resolved quickly. Will stay again.

The Jacuzzi suites are very cool. Fun novelty for a night, but do you really want a hot bath outside in Bangkok? 16th floor sky club is cool. Nice pool on the small side. Good breakfast. Great views in the deluxe rooms on higher floors. I moved from a pool villa because we did not want twin beds as a couple, no issues.

Overall is good but a bit far from BTS approximately 10 to 15 mins walk.

Great and modern place to stay
The room was very nice and the location was close to shopping and nightlife. They did require a large deposit I would have preferred to know about earlier. I do wish the pool was heated.

Front desk
The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful. On checking out, the front desk gave priority to dress code which annoyed me.
