There is something should be improved

1. Check-in taking for ages after our long flying with kids & baby 7 months old. 2. The receptionist has very limited English to understand the customer. 3. The towels colour are very stain & marks on it. Black moulding inside the silicon between shower screen & flooring. This is very bad for the hygiene

You can find a better hotel instead of this hotel
quiet far from BTS Nana, although the hotel provided tuk-tuk service but you have to follow the schedule, not very convenient for me. The staff that carriage our luggage to our room also seem very rud... อ่านต่อ

Great location, close to BTS, great staff
The staff at the hotel are lovely and chat easily with you when you arrive and when they take your bags to your room. Very friendly, lovely rooms and fantastic location.

Nice Hotel
One of the better hotels in Bangkok . there are 3 or 4 buildings inter connecting . I was given the Ruby which was actually on soi 13 across the street . the rooms were nice and quiet with a balcony ... อ่านต่อ
