Had an issue with them giving my friend and I a king sized bed, despite me checking with them beforehand that it was going to be two beds and them confirming it was. Apart from that it's really professional and modern the staff are great. Location is good as it's slightly off the somewhat overwhelming Soi 11. Taxis outside will tell you that traffic is terrible if they don't want to do where you're going but don't listen to them, or just use grab. Nest and Apothecary are both good bars nearby

Nice Hotel
One of the better hotels in Bangkok . there are 3 or 4 buildings inter connecting . I was given the Ruby which was actually on soi 13 across the street . the rooms were nice and quiet with a balcony ... อ่านต่อ

Great stay, Lovely Staff, Will definitely recommend and be back!
The only thing I think needs improvement would be the breakfast. We ended up eating only 1 day out of the 4 days stay because the breakfast not good. Food is cold, and first time heard of egg station ... อ่านต่อ

Very nice hotel, good staff. Any minor issues resolved quickly. Will stay again.
