Great stay, Lovely Staff, Will definitely recommend and be back!

The only thing I think needs improvement would be the breakfast. We ended up eating only 1 day out of the 4 days stay because the breakfast not good. Food is cold, and first time heard of egg station with egg prepared beforehand.
Other than that, great location, about 10 mins walk from Nana station. Room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was good, though the city view was nothing much, facing the opp building.
The best part about the stay is the friendly and lovely staff. Everyone was so nice! From the counter, to concierge to traffic marshal and housekeeping staff. Always greeting their guests with a smile and asking about their day. Making sure they are able to get to their destination, and ready to help.
It's a pity I can't remember everyone's name but I remember a concierge named Chawliaw (pardon the spelling if it's wrong), he was so nice and helpful and even asked us how was our trip to Khao Yai which he helped arranged for a driver one day before based on our budget.

Very nice hotel, good staff. Any minor issues resolved quickly. Will stay again.

Great and modern place to stay
The room was very nice and the location was close to shopping and nightlife. They did require a large deposit I would have preferred to know about earlier. I do wish the pool was heated.
