Hotel review

Stayed there on the 22nd till 24th December 2018. The room was very neat and clean. Location is walk-able to the street/shops. The hotel seems very new. The only issue we had was the time of checking in and for the coupon they've provided for the foods. We've booked for 4 rooms and requested to get the room side by side. So it took them about 45 mins to sort the room and still we didnt get the room near each other. After a long journey fr Surat Thani, you just want to lie down on the bed when you reach the hotel. We've already inform what time we'll reach and everything. I think staff should be more organized and alert next time. But overall all okay.

Best possible location for nightlife/shopping
Plenty of places to eat and shopping 100m from the hotel lobby. The walk from hotel lobby to hotel room is a long one. If you can book a room in the lobby building (Building 1) it wouldn't be an issue... อ่านต่อ
