Good location and spacious room

We loved the location because it is opposite Ao Nang beach and near the boat services, Black Canyon, Family Mart, 7-11, Nong (local Thai food) and massage centres. And yet the environment inside the hotel is peaceful and calm. Loved the size of the room and balcony. It is also clean and has a powerful aircon to cool the room. The lobby looks a bit weathered down but I guess with high humidity, things tend to breakdown faster. Only cons is that at night there is a night club/bar next door that plays very loud music and can be heard inside our room. Thankfully, it is not overpowering kind of sound and we could still sleep.
