Surprised it's rated so highly

Reasonable location, big room but miles out the back and up and down several sets of stairs and around pathways, like it was designed by a kid playing with Lego. Breakfast ok. It was raining the whole weekend so there were loads of towels just thrown down on the dirty, slippery marble floor in reception. Wouldn't go back.
