Disappointing & Not Worthy

First of all the pictures of room and the real view has completely NO match. We booked a standard room which looked so beautiful in picture but originally it was so much disappointing. Then we upgrade to suite with extra charge but it was I guess the worst suite ever. Room has no electronic lock, they use lock & key, room was big but completely unplanned. My commode flash was not working properly & even after complaining they didn’t provide any solution. Complete waste of money and never gonna stay there again.

Great Location

Excellent location, comfy and clean rooms, superb pools! Good breakfast, especially the egg station!
Friendly, helpful and hard working staff! Loved the poolside room! Suggestion: better juice options (not low grade).
