Unsatisfactory
At first my whole trip was enjoy n relax until I came to the second last night of staying at montalay. I was susprise when I realised that no air conditioning controller in my room. I went to the counter service center asked for it and disappointed that my room was not included with it where I booked but I admitted that is my fault that I didnt check details over. Meanwhile all the time where I book hotel it never happens to be in this way unless with the budget hotel standard. At the same moment there is other customer was complaining about it n the counter girl (alike company boss daughter) reply unpolitely I was disappointed to see this hotel with this reputation. Then we just walk away. I.would like to suggest why not the hotel charge a price higher a little if they feel that providing air conditioner is out of there earning and we don't have to suffer and end up unsatisfactory trip there. Sorry to say about but cause I was slightly disappointed with the stay. Thanks
