Upon arriving the staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed that we were there. The email booking confirmation said that check in was after 11, but when we arrived around 11 they said it wasn't until 2. Unwilling to help and no apologies were made. Luckily the pool area is somewhat nice so we laid out while waiting. The rooms were good sized, however after being there for 2 days and not getting the roomed cleaned we inquired at the front desk and they informed us that we had to ask for daily room cleaning (!) and leave our key. To get towels (no more than 1 per day and no pool towels) you have to bring down your dirty towel and exchange for a new one. The advertisement says that there is a safe, however, no safe in the room, instead a row of lockers in the front office (not convienent at all). Breakfast was okay, nothing great but I've had worse. Overall the biggest disappointment was in the lack of customer service, they always seemed annoyed and bothered to be having to help.
