Book ahead so you don't end up here

We booked this hotel as everything else was booked out for our dates. I liked the location. The swimming pool was great. The beds were not comfortable, the rooms were not cleaned for us, the aircon did not work properly, and there were constant strange noises and dripping taps in the bathroom. The staff at reception were not very polite, and lots of other guests were complaining about their rudeness and mistakes with their bookings.

Horrendous!

A bit of a walk to our rooms. They didnt come clean our room. The woman at Reception was rude told us one minute after 12 its a 100b and the place was practically empty. lovely pool and setting. close... อ่านต่อ

Excellent Accommodation and good value.
