Resort is remote and Travelling to and fro is difficult. Reception not friendly. Don't expect more

1. This resort is in Railay East which does not have good beach. Only mangrove trees. And need to walk a lot to reach to get boat. Then take a boat to get some roads - 100b each person each time. Time consuming
2. Breakfast and restaurant good.
3. Toilets are dirty and not clean.
3. Reception staff are not that friendly and use wrong words. They even said I am lying for asking a bottle of water which I did not get from them on previous day.
4. Swimming pool is so small and don't have lights to swim in late evenings.
5. No room service. You have to go and get every item yourself either from reception or restaurant. Even for a morning coffee.
6. Restaurant is too far and down hill. So each time you go, you have to climb hill back to room. If can save some money on hill climbing if you take this room
7. No phones in room. So again you have to walk to reception.
8. Water is also cost. Only 1 litre for a room per day. Over that you buy.

Good location. Good price for medium quality.

Not bad but not clean

Money grabbing and rude staff
