Money grabbing and rude staff

The room wasn't too bad but pretty basic for the money you pay. Had a shower that didn't work properly and no one came to fix it after asking. Pool was nice. The whole experience was negative from start to finish due to the rude staff. After arriving we where charged extra as Agoda messed up our booking. However it was exactly the same style room so I questioned why the additional payment. I was told, "you can pay it or leave, you are not my boss". If I didn't pay up front I would have left. I would not recommend this place to anyone as there are better hotels around. I'm afraid customer service is everything and they have none.

Nice spot

There are no 'mid range buget' places in Railay
