Ok, depending on the rate

The hotel is rundown but well located. I paid low season rate and I was upgraded from the Bungalow to a superior room, so it was fine. The beds are rock hard. The service is very bad, receptionist not helpful and quite impolite (except from the restaurant Captain who is a great hospitality professional, and two people at reception: someone named Peter if I recall and the girl in the evening, who at least try to help). In your room you will get only warnings and information on penalties, not a single welcoming note. The terrace to the lagoon at the restaurant is simple but nice. All in all, I recommend only if you get a good deal.

Acceptable stay
I do not like air condition so I take fan only. Room Clean but little problem with toilet toilet have voice hope they fix soon for next customer. Swimming pool clear but unlucky I do not have time for... อ่านต่อ

not that great hotel. Its kinda ok ok hotel
The location and view is amazing from the hotel,The facilities are good. The rooms are very small and the main issue was with the language, the staff did not know English. Staff behavior was rude.

Frogs, cockroaches and bed bugs all in the room!

Amazing
Tropical setting. Next to the sea. A few minutes walk to west railay. Nice big clean room. Good place to stay for a few days
