Relatively cheap but awful service

Pros: great pool, rooms were ok. Cons: long uphill walk in the great with luggage and passed 3 members of staff who didn't offer to help. Have to pay extra for AC- quite expensive to begin with. Staff couldn't care less about customers. Very unhelpful when asking about laundry or transfers to other islands. Compare to other pieces on railay it's decent value as the actual room is ok maybe for a night only.

Value for the money. Nice resort. Helpfull stuff, everything working, quiet at night.

Ok, depending on the rate

Acceptable stay
I do not like air condition so I take fan only. Room Clean but little problem with toilet toilet have voice hope they fix soon for next customer. Swimming pool clear but unlucky I do not have time for... อ่านต่อ

not that great hotel. Its kinda ok ok hotel
The location and view is amazing from the hotel,The facilities are good. The rooms are very small and the main issue was with the language, the staff did not know English. Staff behavior was rude.
