Nice hotel - lots of extras

Dewa Karon Beach in Phuket was a great place to stay. It had nice apartment style rooms, very friendly staff with a huge pool/hot tub flowing around the restaurant. The staff gives a free shuttle to the beach and back twice a day (1030am/330pm) but after that you'll want to use the taxi service for 200 baht (Karon beach)/300 baht (Patong beach). Check out the Fantasea Show - great time and the dinner was very nice as well. The hotel was much further than the few hundred meters it advertised - more like almost a kilometer down a windy hill. Wifi was intermittent during our stay.
