Value for money

Right in the heart of the city, surrounded by thai and western restaurants. I booked the royal suite for my family of four, which was spacious to us, and worth the money we spent. Kids had a blast with their own room and bathroom. However, it was quite annoying in early morning when you could hear the sound from the streets. They do need sound proof window for some directions. I think the hotel is too new that the staff are not familiar with tours' details. We joined an elephant tour recommended by staff but they never mentioned we had to sit in a open back pick-up truck with kids for almost two hours one way which was a very uncomfortable ride and most importantly not safe to kids. Also the hotel had an old brochure of the tour, we were supposed to be picked up an hour earlier according to the new schedule and we almost missed the pick up. Overall the hotel was worth the money and I will certainly book it again.
