A taste of luxury at the center of the old city

With less than 50 meters between the front door and Wat Chedi Luang this hotel is really at the heart of the old Chiang Mai. It is easy to move around easily with the numerous tuktuk and taxis waiting out of Wat Chedi Luang, expect to pay 30baht/person by taxi or about 80-100baht by tuktuk for short distances.
The staff was very helpful and very nice. The bed and room were very comfortable, only downside is you will not want to leave it to visit the city. The hotel's decoration is nice, it matches the photos with an old style.
Very good food at the hotel's restaurant and awesome included breakfast. There are also many restaurants in the city opened until 10pm, 11 for the few last one. Breakfast hours are 6-10 which allows you to take a breakfast before being picked up for some activity.

As of november 2017 the hotel is brand new and some part are still being worked on, I would not recommend coming before december to enjoy the hotel at its best.

It is a beautiful property, but service could be improved.
The house keeper took away my second key. I told the night manager, but never got the key back n no explanation. Also I told the night manager about the drain in the shower. Don’t know if the staff... อ่านต่อ

Enjoyed our stay. A little pricey, but well located and fantastic staff. Some issues with plumbing and Internet access.
