Beautiful property but not if you want to sleep in

Pros: -gorgeous property -centralized location -great common areas for couples or family traveling together to hang out -daily afternoon tea
Cons: -Hotel is right next to a school. Very noisy starting as early as 7am and continue throughout the day. Loud singing and announcements on speakers. -room is not sufficiently soundproof because we can hear everything in the hallway in addition to the noise from school next door. -daily cleaning needs to improve. Bed was made but they forgot to put back pillows. They didn’t remove banana peel so ants were all over our dresser. -expensive for what you get

It is a beautiful property, but service could be improved.
The house keeper took away my second key. I told the night manager, but never got the key back n no explanation. Also I told the night manager about the drain in the shower. Don’t know if the staff... อ่านต่อ

Enjoyed our stay. A little pricey, but well located and fantastic staff. Some issues with plumbing and Internet access.

Well located, great staff. Very nice garden and pool area. A bit over-priced - new facilities, but internet issues and bathroom flooded with every shower.
