What out scam!

The location is great and the rooms are nice and clean. AC is perfect and the bathroom is what you expect for the price.

However the service is horrible!!!
We wanted to book a ferry from Phuket to Phi Phi leaving at 11 am that morning. First the girl at the reception wanted to book us the ferry at 1:30 pm. After we decided to book the tickets at the pier and we were just stepping into a cab she told us that she can book us the ferry for 11 am with free transport.
We believed her and waited for her cab. When we arrived at the pier we were declined by the ferry company operating at 11 am. They said or hotel didn't make a reservation and told us that our receipt was only valid for the Farry operated by another company leaving at 1:30 pm.
In total we just lost 2 hours but it was still quite a hustle and it was the first time(!) in South East Asia that we were scammed by the hostel reception.

Is a good place to stay but don't rely on them!

Doesn't care about the client. Money, money money

Even though it says there is airport shuttle on the site there isn't one and will cost $20 USD for taxi each way. There isn't much to see really but the staff is friendly with clean rooms and a nice h... อ่านต่อ

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff.
