We enjoyed our stay here
We booked 3 rooms at this place as 2 bookings, so I'll leave 2 copies of the same review.
The host - Nong - was very friendly and helpful, and many other hosts should learn from her. Her English is quite good - and that's rare in Thailand at least based on our experience.
The hotel is located rather close to the main night activities (bars, etc) but it's a bit off the road and the rooms face the opposite direction, so you don't hear much noise from the bars.
On the other hand, the electricity wires are so close to some of the rooms and they sing all the time like cicadas. Not very good, but ok.
The beach is around 10 minutes walking. There are many cafes and restaurants, a street food market, supermarkets are everywhere.
If you walk 5-10 minutes South via the main road you'll find cheaper cafes with good food (one of them is "Kangaroo").
Nong has bikes for rent, and the big supermarket (Tesco Lotus) is around 1.2km from the hotel.
Overall, we're very happy about our stay here.
