Everything is great except the water heater

Perfectly located at the heart of the old town area, a classical building converted into hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem is the water heating system is not working well, hot water will suddenly turn cold and left me shivering. Overall is great, will recommend to friends and will come back.
