Helpful staff and convenient location

We booked 2 rooms and were given the rooms on ground floor. There was landscaped garden outside our rooms and even a water fountain. Certainly not expecting this cosy setting.
Enjoyed our welcome drink at the public area outside our landscaped garden.
Big room.
Staff are helpful. I started multiple email exchanges with the staff even before flying off. They were very prompt in their replies. When we look for them at the hotel, they will pull out photostated copies of map and start highlighting recommended places for food, shops, sights and massages etc. All the places are within short walking distances and the food and services recommended were good! They also helped to fine-tune my itinerary sight-seeing and arranged for me to book a taxi-service.
My parents and aunty were all very satisfied with the stay. Thank you!!
