Smokey Pool and an elevator to the lobby

Smoking is only permitted at the pool. So, if you are a Non smoker find another pool at another hotel. The elevator stops at the 2nd floor lobby. The manager indicated customers don't pay, so the elevator can't be used without pleading with management if you are handicapped.

The Worst hotel on agoda website, do not stay here..!!!!!!

Staff not very helpful
Only two ladies at reception are good , specially the old one. Housekeeping staff is not good , always late for cleaning and make a big issue out of small things like lipstick on towel etc... I won't ... อ่านต่อ

Don't like the rooms and reception staff wasn't so helpful or even friendly
