The Worst hotel on agoda website, do not stay here..!!!!!!

Be warned, every room in this hotel has an airconditioning unit/fan unit right outside the window of each room. This makes continuous noise even through the night. We were given rooms 405, 407, 409 all were terrible... dated rooms and not very clean.... we complained about the noise at reception, we were told the noise is coming from next door/hotel. We asked to be moved and we were told the hotel was full. After complaining 3 times only one of us were moved t a different room after 2 nights. We paid to stay for 4 nights but were forced to check out on the 3rd day... we were told we wont recieve any refunds either...
This has to be one of the worst hotels on the agoda website...
I would think twice before booking with agoda in future.
One last thing! They had workers drilling, cutting, banging till late hours of the night whilst we were there.
If we read the reviews prior to booking we would have never booked to stay here... now we know..!

Staff not very helpful
Only two ladies at reception are good , specially the old one. Housekeeping staff is not good , always late for cleaning and make a big issue out of small things like lipstick on towel etc... I won't ... อ่านต่อ

Don't like the rooms and reception staff wasn't so helpful or even friendly
The lights in the room and toilet was really bad, they have to put more lights in the toilet and room, the bed, towels and chairs old and looks dirty . The reception staff need to be friendly and smil... อ่านต่อ
