Good location

We stayed at this hotel during Songkran. Extremely loud music played out the front of the hotel by the hotel. The sound penetrated the whole hotel. Crazy water throwing at the front of the hotel and could not be avoided. The rooms are nice but noise from the corridor could be heard as though it was coming from inside of the room. Breakfast was terrible.
