Change w/o inform earlier😨😨😨😨

We are booking thru agoda for BP Grand Tower but when we reach for check in the receptionist tell us they rooms has full and change us to other hotel which located back of hotel. The reason is have event so the rooms full. The management should be inform us / agoda earlier for the changed not when we check in just simply take a decision to change us. We paid for your hotel rate but change to other rate hotel that is not fair for our consumer😠😠😠😠

Hotel facilities and staffs are friendly and helpful. The bad thing is the Hotel Wi-Fi reception.
