So sofitel Is one of the best hotels in Thailand

The location is good (water element and Lumpini park view) and the room was very comfortable. However, I had to wait for 2hours for the room to be ready (around 4pm). But the staff was very friendly and offered an afternoon tea during the waiting hours.
