Chic hotel but longest checking in process in the world!!!

I'm a long time travellor in south east Asia for over 5 years. I stay in this hotel 3-4times a year. I honestly love the hotel, it's current, trendy, fab view and pool, great service.
Only disappointing This time was due to not getting the room we wanted, the bed type we wanted and the check in process was beyond stupidity honestly no common sense was happening in the check in process. It taken longer than my flight! Truly disappointing, it was my friends first impression of the hotel after me praising this hotel for such a long time. It was my birthday weekend and 10 of us was staying in the hotel this weekend. What a shame for some potential loss in business from consist any travelers coming back to stay

Comfortable stay with good value
