Crooks and Thieves

I was sick with food poisoning and tried calling the hotel to tell them to cancel my reservation and issue me a refund as I was not going to be able to make it and they refused to do so. I did not stay at the hotel because I was too busy throwing up and being sick and they still happily kept my money because of their "policy". They need to learn that customers should be valued not punished.

not the best value / quality hotel in haad rin

Very nice hotel.
To my surprised is they even provided us a fullmoon dinner on that day. I like this hotel walk out can get 711 and massage already and is right at the party zone.
