Excellent customer service

We actually came back to Bayshore on the same trip after we had some nights booked at Pariya on the adjacent beach in Haad Yuan. The vibe at Pariya was totally weird (no staff, no internet, everything was a bit run-down) and we missed Bayshore so much that we forfeited our last 2 nights there and came back here! At first we had a problem with our room, but the staff was on it & fixed it immediately. The owners do a great job managing this hotel, we love Bayshore!

Best hotel in haad rin!

value for money is pretty low
The staff was very polite competent and helpful. We also got a room promotion. The location is excellent. However because of room condition we grade this hotel 3 star, not 4. Especially shower room ... อ่านต่อ
