Bait...and switch

I booked 2 of the Superior Double Bed rooms, the ones advertised by Agoda as having "2 single beds and 1 King size bed". We arrived late at night only to find ourselves with 2 rooms each with only a king size bed and little room for even a rollaway. Given that we had 3 adults for each room, we asked for the extra beds. The front desk said it would cost 800 baht more per bed - about 40% over the original booking amount! We showed them the website description for the rooms we booked but there was no getting the 2 single beds in each room. To add insult to injury, we had to pay extra for the third person's breakfast the next morning, even though there was no mention about this in the booking and each room had a max "4 adults". Finally, the resort description said it had hot springs on site. When asked, the hotel staff informed me that "the hot water in the shower is from the hot springs"; no hot springs for guests to use. Ah, of course.
