Terrible front staff
The hotel is new but the staff is rude and unaccommodating. First, they want 10,000 baht ( $330 USD) deposit to rent a motorbike - which is outrageous... When they brought the motorbike, it had bald tires ( I've rode motorbikes all over Asia for the last 2 years and these tires were the worst) I kindly asked for a different bike because I didn't want to die riding that death machine.. and the front desk lady told me no and said, "Go looking on the street for better motorbike." And walked away... Second, we booked in Agoda because it said the room came with breakfast. When I asked what time breakfast was, I was told we didn't purchase breakfast. Then after showing them on Agoda, they said, it must be a mistake because they closed the breakfast for the slow season (which was a lie- we saw people eating there in the morning) on top of that, the internet is so slow... Lastly, the pool was dirty and disgusting. Overall, it was a terrible experience. There are way better places to stay in this island. I recommend looking in Long Beach area.
