For price and location in Phi Phi, you cant get much better. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were a little outdated, but for a budget traveller there was nothing wrong with this place. You may need to just bring your own sheet and pillow cover! You are steps from the view point, which I highly recommend. Dont forget to bring 30 Bhat viewing, otherwise its a long trip down and then back up!
