The reception was rude and unreasonable!

We booked a room for 3 pax (as no rooms for 4 pax or rooms for 2 pax at the time of booking via agoda.com on 13th Feb). At the check in, i explained to the reception very clearly our intention to look for another room. She acted nothing and just gave us the room keys and asked another girl to show us to the room on 1st floor. So, we decided to look for a room elsewhere (presumably no more rooms available) once we had dropped our bags. We followed the girl and reached the room on the 1st floor with all our bags. This girl saw us in four, just kept saying "this room 3 pax. 4 pax Cannot! Cannot!" (exact words she said, apparently not an english speaker). i explained to the girl again that we were looking for another room else where after dropping our bags. She refused to listen or understand but just kept saying "Cannot, cannot!" very rudely. That was still fine. I requested if there was anything she could do? She responded "add bed. pay more money. TB300". I said to her "that's ok. Can you show us the room than?". She showed us the room and we were ok with it even it was dirty, full with trash canes and no bed sheets at all. We requested to clean the room first before moving in. Surprisingly, the girl still kept saying "cannot, cannot" and asked us to leave the room and move all our bags to ground floor. She talked very rude and shouting with ridiculous tone. Later the reception came up. I explained to the reception that the room needed to be cleaned before we can move in. Now she asked for TB400! That was absolutely crazy! I was really tired talking to these bunch of uncivilized species. Anyway, we paid TB400 to them as they wished and only stayed 1 night then moved to somewhere else better, cheaper and better location! But this was absolutely unacceptable. PLEASE THINK TWICE IF YOU WANNA STAY HERE!
